Happy Birthday Austin and Summer!

This past weekend was Austin and Summer's birthday party. Austin is turning 4 and Summer will be 2 soon. They had a circus theme and everything came out awesome. Isaac had a great time at the party and even made a friend!

Cereal time!!

So we started Isaac on cereal the other day. It took him a minute to figure out the texture, but towards the end he was opening his mouth for more. He'll be eating cereal twice a day now while still drinking his breastmilk. We'll do this for a couple of weeks, then we'll start on vegetables. I can't wait to use my BabyCook to make his baby food =)

Prayer Request

I just wanted to ask for prayers for my cousin and her family. Annette is only 25 and she has been struggling with lymphoma for the past couple of years. While she has been stable for awhile now, it has recently spread to her lungs. I received a call a couple of nights ago that they would be taking her off the ventilator last night and expect her to pass away within a couple of hours. As of today one of my cousins reported that Annette is still holding on.

I just wanted to ask for prayers for her hoping for a miracle. Annette has a 5 year old daughter, Leila (who was our flower girl) and I just want to pray that Annette finds peace and that her daughter handles this ordeal the best she can.

Update 3/19-I just wanted to let everyone know that Annette passed away last night. Leila and Annette's parents were able to say goodbye and spend the last moments with her. Thank you for the prayers and please continue to pray for Leila.

Cowboy Isaac

So my mom got Isaac a little pony jumperoo for Christmas. He's been too young to use it until now but tonight we decided to put it together and see how he liked it. As you can see, he loves his pony! Looks like he just found something else that he loves to do. He's such a happy baby.
