Zoo Day

For the past couple months, I've felt so sick that we haven't really done much fun stuff with Isaac. Especially with a little one on the way, we've started making a point of taking him fun places again. We started with the zoo, and we picked a perfect day to go! There was a bit of a drizzle that eventually went away leaving the temperature in the 70's. Good enough for me :) Here are some pics of the day. As usual, his favorite was the elephants.

A Day with Summer

As I mentioned in my last post, Isaac's cousin Summer was able to come his party for the first time. It was actually the first time that she was able to see Isaac's room and for them to hang out since Isaac has been talking so well. The day after his party Nanny and I took the kids to the zoo. They got to go in the petting zoo and see all kinds of animals. When we got back to the house, they played some more. It was so much fun to see them have fun together! We miss you already, Summer.

So this is late, but I wanted to share anyway. I mentioned before that Isaac went to the zoo with Nanny when she watched him for our Biloxi trip. Here are a couple of pics. I scanned them so sorry for the quality. Seems like he had a blast! Nanny said that he loved the elephants and kept trying to get down and climb in their area. haha. Thanks for taking me, Nanny :)

First Trip to the Zoo!

Yesterday we went to the zoo for the first time. It wasn't too hot out so we got lucky. We brought our lunch and ate it there as well. Seemed like Isaac had fun until he fell asleep! And of course we couldn't leave without stopping at the gift shop.
