Family Update - Elliot

I guess I'll start the family update with our littlest member. Elliot is now 21 months old. He has a mouth full of teeth and is a chatter. Here is a list of words he is now saying:
Isaac
Mama
Dada
Molly Mo
hot
door
meow
bye bye
baby
please
Toodles
milk
Elmo
apple

I think that's it. He's turning into such a little person. Out of nowhere, he's become attached to a stuffed dog ( his "baby"). Even brought it to school twice. His teachers love him and talk about how lovable he is. He loves to dance and he loves Mickey. His favorite book is Pat the Bunny. He loves the outdoors. He loves to play with balls, especially soccer (which makes his Tat very happy!) He loves to watch the Saints and LSU play and even yells at the tv with us. haha. I can't believe how fast  he's growing and I love to watch his little personality shining through.Oh yeah and one more...still no haircut. I can't bring myself to do it :).

Starting with his first birthday party last November. This seems like forever ago! I have to share though because everything came out so cute.

Here are some pis from our family beach camping trip Easter weekend. He had so much fun!

Easter 2013 - Elliot's First Easter!

Easter already! Last night, we dyed some Easter eggs-Avengers style. We spent Easter morning at our house, where the boys and Molly were given their Easter goodies. According to my facebook timeline, it appears that Easter is the new Christmas. Kids are getting more and more!! We still kept it simple with their Easter baskets. Isaac mostly got some Ninja Turtle stuff and a lit bit of candy. Elliot got some little toys, baby bubble bath, and some teething rings. Molly got a bone :).

Then we went to Nanny and Poppy's for a late lunch. The food was great, and Isaac also did an Easter egg hunt there. It was nice to also spend time with Great Gram and Uncle Todd. Then we made a stop at Grandma's.

Isaac was so spoiled with baskets at each stop! What a great day with family!

Easter Fun!

We had a blast on Easter this year! We dyed some eggs on Saturday night, and he had a lot of fun decorating them with stickers. He was fascinated seeing the eggs change colors.

On Easter morning, Isaac went through his basket from his Easter bunny. He got a book, a toy airplane, a dinosaur, and a stick horse! Then all of his grandparents, Great Gram and Grandad, Tio Shane, and Uncle Todd came over for a crawfish boil. It was the first time that Isaac actually tasted crawfish, and he loved it! He also enjoyed some watermelon. We had an Easter egg hunt, and Isaac played with all his new toys from all of his Easter baskets. He also got some clothes and a new picnic table for outside :)

God has blessed us with so many amazing people in our lives. We are so thankful to be able to share such good times with family. Hope everyone had a great Easter!

Happy Easter!

So, we finally got our computer working again and I'm ready to get ya'll updated! This Easter was great. We went to church in the morning. Then we came home and Andrew, Isaac, Molly, and I all went to the park. Isaac was a little grumpy at first but he eventually warmed up to it. He even went on the carousel with me. After that we went to Nanny and Poppy's and had an Easter egg hunt. It was a great day and we are so happy to be back home!

Happy Easter!

We had a great, relaxing Easter this year. On Saturday we took Isaac to go see the Easter bunny...as you can see, he was so excited! Then we went to Ashley and Chad's for an Easter egg hunt with the kids. We had a lot of fun. On Sunday we hung out at home and Andrew, Isaac, and Molly all got Easter baskets. Overall, it was a relaxing weekend spent with family.
So excited!
